Project Title: Serious game for cognitive and education skills development (GEdu) , which is funded by the ENI CBC MED MEDSt@rts Project, with the reference number A_A.1.1_0262 Contracting Authority: GEdu startup Contracting Position: Educational Games Content Expert Contract Type: Individual Contract (IC) Duration of Assignment: 20 working hours, Price: 50 EUR per Hour Start date for receiving the offers: 12-01-2022 End date for receiving the offers: 26-01-2022 Background GEdu is a smart phone serious game for school children cognitive and education skills development, the GEdu was established in 2020 as startup project serving the Palestinian community. Currently, we are in the second phase development, and we are seeking for an expert in the fields of educational games that can support us in the following activities: Conceptualize a virtual framework game targeting school children 9 13- 14 years) which features knowledge and cognitive skills development using school curricula. Conceptualize the educational material for game development and help in writing the game story. Work closely with the game developers in designing the game objects and actors. Receive inputs and feedback from relevant game stakeholders Finalize game document and story. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE The consultant most suited to complete this assignment will have: Two or more years experience in the serious games documentation and writing game story and scenarios Well knowledge in the fields of school children science and math education. Experience of teaching methods in enhancing cognitive and education skills among school children. Experience in technology educational tools mainly games and interactive tools.
